Gold Coast Collision Center

Gold Coast Collision Center is a collision and exotic-mechanical shop in Pompano Beach, FL. F&K Consulting Group built a bilingual English/Spanish website on Astro and Cloudflare, rebuilt the Google Business Profile, ran a front-desk review campaign and flagged policy-violating reviews. Starting point

A strong shop that undersold itself online

Gold Coast Collision Center does collision repair and exotic mechanical work (its PorscheWorks division) with a foreman who came from Ferrari and Porsche. The work spoke for itself in the shop. Online it did not: the website and Google presence said far less than the bays did, and the Google rating sat at 4.4 with a handful of reviews that broke Google's policies.

What we did

Website, profile, reviews — then monthly upkeep

  • Bilingual website. English and Spanish pages built on Astro and hosted on Cloudflare — fast on a phone, a page for each service, every call and form tracked.
  • Google Business Profile rebuilt. Categories, services, photos and posts set up so the profile and the website say the same thing.
  • Front-desk review campaign. Every recent customer was called — not only the happy ones — and asked for a review. No incentives, no quotas, no scripted keywords.
  • Policy-violating reviews flagged. Reviews that broke Google's rules were reported through Google's own process. Google made the call on each one.
  • Ongoing monthly SEO, GEO and profile management. Posts, content, AI-search upkeep and a plain-English report every month.

Result

4.4 to 4.7 in one week

Within seven days of the review campaign the shop's Google rating moved from 4.4 to 4.7. The new site and profile launched in the same window, and the monthly plan keeps both current.

The method is the same one we use everywhere: ask every customer, keep it honest and let Google decide on the reviews that break its rules. It follows Google's review policies and the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465).
